      Ms. Sharada Prasadita is an ITSM evangelist, independently working on implementing projects, working with Customers to ensure enhanced CSAT. Implementation of processes and ensuring they are in-sync with the Tools. Executing the processes to ensure the organisations walk the talk. Setting up SMOs and training the Process owners and ensuring they are measured in well defined KPIs. In the past, she has worked as an Independent Consultant with CtrlS towards Service Improvement at an Organization Level. Helped organisations improve their Service Delivery, design, improve/implement ITIL processes and ITSM based Service Delivery, implement SIAM and end-to-end Asset Management process. Help sync-up the processes with the Tools and train and hand hold employees till the processes are assimilated and become part of the DNA
